Pre Order Import Terms and Conditions

Import pre-orders are available for a limited time only (will be announced periodically). Orders will arrive 1-2 months after pre-orders close.

 

- A 50% down payment is required to order.

- Full payment must be made no later than 2 weeks after the item arrives. If confirmation is not received within this time, the order will be considered cancelled, and the down payment will not be refunded.

- The listed price does not include shipping costs to your address.

- If damage occurs during shipping from overseas to Indonesia, you are entitled to a discount based on the extent of the damage or a refund if you wish to cancel the order.
